Apparently it’s a combination of dual silica and radiance technology which works to whiten your teeth in just 3 days.
3 days is a big call, so I put it to the test and review this whitening toothpaste thoroughly.

Let’s take a closer look at this toothpaste and it’s packaging to find out the ingredients used.
When I was purchasing this toothpaste, it stood out at the supermarket. That’s probably why I picked it or noticed it at the beginning.
It’s got these shiny 3D triangles on it, so it sort of grabbed my attention.
I picked it up, had a look at it and it said, removes stains within three days. I thought ‘That’s a pretty big claim’.
The graphics are quite nice, subtle, but modern. I liked the illustrations on the side of the pack showing what the toothpaste is good for.
It also simply states, without it being in your face the benefits of using the toothpaste and what result you’d likely achieve. Great for the consumer when shopping online or at the shops.
The actual design of the tube is compact in size. It’s easy to open, and it dispensed the toothpaste reasonably easily. I was pretty happy with it and fits well in my bathroom cabinet.
It’s got a twist top, so it doesn’t fill up with any old toothpaste which sometimes gets stuck there.
It’s a very neat, clean design with a foil sealed protector, so you know that the product’s safe when you open it.
When you first open the lid and that foil is damaged or open for any reason, don’t use it. Oral-B has that recommendation.

The amount seems pretty normal for a teeth whitening toothpaste like this one by Oral-B.
Okay, so I’ve tried a lot of different types of whitening toothpaste, but I felt in the past that maybe they didn’t do a whole lot.
Oral-B 3D White Luxe toothpaste was actually quite different in the fact that I felt like it did have a lot more whitening power if that’s the right term.
I definitely felt a lot more sensation, and it’s fairly similar to the feeling you get when you use the whitening gel in a teeth whitening kit.
It’s similar to that, in that it gives a mild sensation. So, yeah, I felt like it was doing some whitening, for sure. Maybe the Glamorous White really does help?
Testing Oral-B 3D White Luxe
I would say I have reasonably whiteish teeth but using this toothpaste I could tell the difference. I notice the whitening difference, pretty much after the second day.
Morning and night are when I brush usually, so I keep it in line with my normal dental hygiene routine that dentists recommend.
I used only small amounts at a time and let it do its job. I found this worked well and produced results.
The toothpaste is reasonably thick, so you don’t have to worry about it coming out and you wasting it. I never felt I had put too much on my brush.
Look, I only use a very little bit each time I brush my teeth because whitening products, you don’t really want to go overboard on it.
I tended to keep to a minute or two brushing, and you do feel there is some sensitivity on the gums. But at the same time, you know that it’s whitening your teeth so you just put up with that sensation.
It’s not overly powerful, but it’s a really fresh sensation. A tiny little bit of numbness, but it’s working its magic, I guess.

The RRP is currently set at $9. At this price, it’s only fair value for money.
I paid $6 and change for the Oral-B 3D White Luxe at Coles (currently on sale for $5.40)
At the time of writing this review, Chemist Warehouse has a MayDay sale going on and it’s advertised at $4.04 per 95g tube. Pretty good value at that price!

Even though it doesn’t contain anything really harsh, it still provided a decent whitening experience for a toothpaste.
